Is this bad? (Oil leaking from turbo/intercooler)

Noticed oil spots in my driveway. Took a look under the car and noticed oil leaking from the bottom of the intercooler. Upon further inspection, I found oil collecting on the hose connection to the turbo, where a drip had formed, and risidual oil on the crankcase.

Is this somthing to be concerned about? I have bought a new intercooler and will replace it along with the hoses. The golf seems to drive fine. No unusual noises or power loss....

Measure the amount of oil in the intercooler/pipe, and report back. 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup is pretty normal. If you separate the pipe from the IC and it gushes, you have a problem.
