Cool wvo?

When the injector spray patterns get poor, they 'dribble', and this can land a relatively cool liquid right on the hot GP and cause the tip to crack and eventually burn off. Quite common actually.
If the wvo is heated to roughly 180 and sprayed into a hot cylinder how could it be relatively cool when it hits the glow plug inside the combustion chamber? I would think petro diesel would be "cooler" in temp as it is not heated and then create more problems than the heated wvo.

The word "relatively" has a lot of meaning here. 180 F is downright COLD if dribbled on to engine parts that are hundreds of degrees hot.

What is the temp of the non heated diesel when it sprays into the cylinder?

You are not understanding. It is the fact that LIQUID FUEL from a COMPROMISED INJECTOR TIP is DRIPPING into the engine instead of a high pressure spray. Drippy injectors in diesels, regardless of what fuel you are using, cause damage to the engine. WVO is about 1000x more likely to cause drippy injectors... not that complicated.

Dripping injectors in diesels do the exact same damage as WAY advanced timing in gas engines....burnt holes in pistons, melted pistons, fried rings, scored cylinder walls, etc.
