Pre-Irene Trip to the Outer Banks

Just a quick note to say that I got to take my 2011 JSW down to the OBX last week (before Irene). Averaged 45.1 MPG (see Fuelly), including hideous I-95 traffic, AC on the entire time, and village to village driving during the vacation week. Have about 5K on the car. Awesome!

Just refilled yesterday, nearly a week after the trip. First tank of B2.

Good thing you went Pre-Irene. Not sure that you'd be able to do the same now! I'm heading to the coast off Wilmington this weekend. It'll be my third trip to the beach in my sweet new (to me) wagon.

Yep. I am glad that we went the week before Irene. I feel for the local folks who had property damage...
