Engine died on hard acceleration. vp37

Hello, floored 1.9 tdi asv in second gear, around 3500rpm engine turned off,just heard that turbo surge sound. After waiting 5 minutes car started and runs normal until now. Could this be caused by air in fuel line?

Did you get any warning lights on the dashboard when this happened? How is your relay 109 looking?

Dashboard lights I think were same as normal ignition lights. Battery and glow, no fault codes with vag-com. How to check relay 109? Also strange thing is if revving engine in neutral then dashboard, interior lights gets brighter and you can hear something clicking.

Really sounds like that Power Supply Relay 109....
it's located in position #12 of the thirteen fold auxiliary relay panel under the dash on the driver's side: http://web.mit.edu/dennis/www/vw/relays.html

Will try to change this relay and see if it gets better. Thank you
