Question about interior

The PO of my newly acquired 2013 Passat TDI broke the Plastic in the footwell on the drivers side Near the door sill. So now it will now latch back into place and keeps getting bumped from where is belongs.

What is that part called? I can't seem to name it to find a replacement.

Can you take a picture of what's broken?

The dealer I bought it from is a few hundred miles away, so this is WAY easier.
