Yep, you guessed it! Another Proving Grounds Vehicle.
This guy musta been doing some sort of low speed fuel economy test? because he was tieing up traffic on I-94 like crazy. Usually the Chizler engineers are driving in the the exact opposite manner on 94 (IE: a good six months or so before the 300Cs began showing up on the dealer showrooms, I saw one coming up in my rearview mirror one morning. I was doing ~85 myself and these guys blew on by me like I was standing still!
