Vag Tacho in Milwaukee area?

Does anybody in the Milwaukee area have the ability to help me program a new key for my 04 Jetta? I tried the procedure on fixmyvw.com but I am only able to get the door working. I can't get it to clone the Immo 3 for the ignition. I think it requires the Vag Tacho and or VDCS and I have neither.

Since I got no response here I rented a genuine Vag Tacho from AArodriguez to program my key. The key they cut for me is perfect. If anybody in the area needs a key reprogrammed and wants to get a key I would be willing to help you out. The process looks pretty easy. I will receive the unit today and can keep it for 1 week per the AARodriguez rental policy.
