Passat 1.9 avf HELP!!

I have a passat 1.9tdi avf. The problem is that under acceleration the car "misfires" i can hear that the turbo doesnt boost smoothly. The power dies out when i pass 3000rpm also. The car almost refuses to go past 3k rpm.
I have repleced:
Maf
Fuel filter
Camshaft
Injectors
Injector harness
Hydraulic lifters
Intercooler
No fault codes on vagcom
Can the n75 be defect?

Not the turbo, engine will run smooth with no boost, unless it's loosing oil into the combustion chamber. AVF is a PD? Could be in-tank pump is getting weak.

Can also say that the problem is worse when the car is warm

tired/failing n75 could certainly be the issue.

Will change n75 and vacuum lines today and see if that fixes the problem

N75 and vacuum checked, still no improvment. When the car is cold it doesnt misfire. When its starting to get warm it starts to misfire.

What are the symptoms of bad intank pump? Car starts easily
Can be so easy as a clogged cat?

Have you scanned the car with VAG COM to see if any trouble codes?

Yes, no fault codes.

Anyone ? Could this be an ecu fault?
