Hello guys,

I have installed a 11mm pump with de143 in my ALH. Also got bosio 1019 dlc(0.216um) at 220/300 bar.
I made a diagnostic and the problem is that after 3000-3500RPM, BTDC is not following the request and there is a huge difference.

I did upload the log to malone log viewer, click here for link

I was wondering if lift pump has something to do with this?
I mean right now I don't have one installed, but I got one at home and can install it, if you think it will help?

Thanks for your help!

Lift pump could help - but those nozzles are not huge. Is your timing in spec or slightly advanced at idle?

You should try to measure case pressure of the pump and adjust if needed. search forum for "case pressure advance", and pay attention to posts by MK-83, I think he is the one that had the best advice.

Hello, thanks for your answer.
It is in spec 53-55 idling. At neutral the percent is 2.8% as it should.
I will check about case pressure. Thanks.

Shouldn't need lift pump with those nozzles, is the fuel filter old?

Not really, like 5-6k miles on it.
Car is running really well, I don't feel any power loss, just this BTDC problem...
