You guys are paranoid. What you're experiencing is normal for the CR diesels.
You have 4 converters, 2 EGR systems, a turbo just barely on boost, a secondary intake opening and closing, all trying to play nice with each other. Add a cold engine and very low fuel metering and its a miracle all you're getting is a light stumble.
Can't live with it? Give up the torque, fuel economy and clean exhaust.
