I have gone ahead and filled out my form and mailed it off so I can become a member of Socalbug.org. I was thinking about stopping by the Marina Del Ray station to fill up tomorrow on my way into Santa Monica. I obviously wont have my card by then. Do I really need to have this to fill up, or would I just pull in and pump like any other station? Also, is there some form I can fill out onsight if they need to see paperwork?

If you explain to them you've filled out the paperwork, but haven't received the card yet, they'll let you fill up. You can also fill out the paperwork at the station fwiw.

I went over to the station today and the only question I got asked was "You do know thats Biodiesel right?" I said sure do. Nothing else.

I pumped my tank up which had about an 1/8th left of D2, and had a great conversation with a guy filling up his van. Im gonna make a new post on my observations.

Hopefully before my next fill up, which seems to be about 1 1/2 weeks between, Ill have my card.
