Default Boost question + Vagcom

does anybody know what the standard boost pressure is on a 2004 Golf 1.9 Golf TDI 103 BHP.

Also, can i measure boost via VAGCOM? theres a few readings that say absolute pressure, is this the actual boost pressure + atmospheric. so if it read 1500mb that would actually be about 500mb of boost for example.

Thanks.
