Hey guys, I'm getting code

P0652 - Sensor Reference Voltage B: Too Low

I checked my atmospheric pressure v.s. Manifold pressure

Atmospheric =1020

Manifold = 2193

Since the variable on this is only supposed to be +- 50, obviously something electrical is wrong...is it my electronic "smart" actuator?

First thing I would do is check the wiring going to the sensor. I ended having a few chaffed wires not far from the sensor. Also check the connector for corrosion.

Is was not the turbo actuator thankfully. The o-ring around the throttlebody went bad, some oil had built up over time and seeped into the electrical connection under the throttle body.

1 can of brake cleaner, and 1 new o-ring and I'm all set, car is running great.

I'll post some pictures later.

Thanks Justin

Bad turbo actuator

I have a feeling my "smart" turbo actuator is going bad. I have major boost issues under accel. My CEL keeps popping on and off with the code
P0652 - Sensor Reference Voltage B: Too Low
What O ring did you replace and which electrical connection did you check? Was it the actuator? If so, where can I find that? I took off my EGR and cleaned that out, thinking that might have something to do with it. Turned out, it didn't.
Any help would be awesome!

Thank you!!!!

The electrical connection on the Smart Actuator, I cleaning it worked for a couple weeks then it came back, I changed the connector out with a brand new one and haven't had any trouble since.
