After more than 3 decades I am now driving a VW TDI. Picking up a Silver 2013 Golf 2dr HB DSG TDI w/Tech Pkg sometime in the next few days. It was a one owner, which seemed to be well taken care of, but sold back to VW.
The original selling dealership (friends of mine) kept careful track of the cars returned through them via VIN's and as they are coming available they are purchasing. Only 43k miles on it now so plenty of time and miles left on the warranty clock. Plus they included a lifetime powertrain warranty. So I've got that going for me. Time will tell but I'm looking forward to it.
