Not familiar with your engine, a nice pic of your car or at least the model and year would be nice.
As to your question: China vs. Korea...? And don't forget Mahle...Canada.
But if they are specified to your engine they are functionally identical brand for brand.

Oh sorry it's A3 8L 1.9TDI. I was wondering about max EGTs, max boost pressure, reliability and so on. Garretts cold side looks different so I wonder if there is difference
