I haven't bought a turbo from them but I have purchased other parts from them. Quality vendor, quality parts, wouldn't hesitate one bit to do business with them!

Cascade german is one of the top notch vendors here at the tdi club before used to be bora tdi, I've known Aaron since 04 and he is one of the top class vendors from here,

I’ve bought many turbos from them. Never an issue but if there was, Aaron is top notch and takes care of it.

I bought an 03/04 hybrid from them that died after 2 years and under 12k miles. The original turbo lasted 442,000 miles and will be used as a temporary replacement to find out what's going on with the hybrid, which is being sent back for analysis. I'm waiting to see how it's dealt with before buying another new turbo. But a straight non-hybrid should be a factory build and not pieced together after the fact, so that's the next turbo I'll buy rather than a hybrid.

Time will tell, but it wasn't installation error since I installed it properly and primed it prior to initial use.

Aaron is helpful on the phone and has the good stuff, not that other vendors aren't or don't.

I have purchased two "bigger" items from them. The bsm delete kit and a camshaft kit, and probably some other items. I had to have some phone calls back and forth with Aaron and I could tell that he cared. Satisfied - YES!

I'll chime in as another satisfied customer; bought my flywheel and clutch from him, probably some other bits over the years.
