I wonder how this compares dimensionally with a BRM, ALH, BHW etc.

I wonder if I could fit one in my Passat - longitudinal application... :D

The engine is compact at 28.3 inches high, 25 inches wide and 25.1 inches deep. And it weighs 503 pounds.

Even as a Cummins fan, I'd take the BHW or a CR140(with a CP3 swap) over the Cummins 2.8. Paying for the Cummins name is too much, unless if the engine is just as reliable and overbuilt as the 4BT/6BT and ISB series.
