I've had shockingly good luck with it as a stopgap between full detailings, but I know it gets everywhere else... On the plastics, undercarriage, suspension, etc... Perhaps it doesn't matter at all. At any rate, I will use a wax removing soap in the spring, do a full clay bar, then apply real wax for the season.

I have a feeling that the carwash wax does kind of build up and might even seal in toxicants and dirt in the intermediary.

On another note, and off topic... how do y'all wash the front and back window on the inside? Man, what a pain in the ass. I tried the vinegar solution and newspaper trick. I was shocked to see that haze go away instantly, but it returned 5 or 6 days later. Windexing seems to last at least a quarter.

I think we all know that car wash wax is kinda lame at best. Have I used it? Ya. I'm just not proud of the fact that I've used car washes and their lame a$$ wax.........
