Winter Blend in Ontario?

Has anyone experience a drop in mileage in the southern Ontario region in the last week or so? I noted a 3-mpg drop last week over the previous week and someone else mentioned the same thing. I just wondered if there has been a change in fuel formulation to winter blend here recently?

There has been a huge increase in the number of Canadians here in Florida these past few weeks, I would imagine alot of snowbacks have relocated down to Arizona as well. Possibly the Canadian diesel fuel supply has gone stale due to lack of use since everyone in their right minds has split for warmer climates! hehehehe
Maybe the price will go down too since less competition for the fuel stocks left for the winter!
One thing is for certain, Tazz hasn't been using more than a couple of drops a day!
