Remote Start 2015 Passat TDI SE

Is it possible to add the foglights, and remote start to a 2015 Passat TDI SE?

I asked my dealer about this but he said no, but he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered...asked if I wanted to upgrade to a SEL, 3 weeks after I bought the car.

Get the aftermarket remote start. VW remote start is pretty much worthless, I know I have it.

Curious why you say it is worthless?

Does it not work as advertised?

Adding fog lights is straight forward, buy all the parts and install them. VW does have a parts list. Instructions are included with the new switch. I opted to have the dealer install mine. The tech did the install in around 90 minutes.

Cost of parts is where ever you can find the best deal online. If you decide to hire someone to do the install the cost of labor is whatever you can negotiate.
