Passenger door electrical issues

I have a freshly rebuilt MkV TDI, everything under the hood is new or rebuilt. All fuses are good, there is a fuse in every spot required. However, the passenger door electrical is not working. No lights on the lock/unlock button, no power window no power lock no power to the mirror of any sort, but yet the speaker still works. I seen that the power window control module seems to be the main hub of everything electrical in the door but yet the speaker still works? I don't know if I should change out the power window module or if that would be a waste of money. Does anyone have an idea?

My first thing to check would be the wiring harness going into the door. They often break wires where they bend.
