Has anyone been able to schedule buyback after submitting notarized docs after Nov 18

As of last night, there were about a half dozen entries in the spreadsheet who had their offers approved and were able to schedule appointments after 11/18.

As of now, there are eight, but on closer reading I realized that isn't quite what OP is asking. The spreadsheet shows one person ("pinkcamo24") who returned the offer after 11/18 (specifically, on 11/23) and has been able to schedule a buyback appointment.
I just got an email. I submitted my notarized offer letter on the 11/17 and I just received an email with a link the select a date. I am returning my Golf on 12/13, two days before my registration ends. Whew !!
I have not updated the spreadsheet yet but will as soon as this posts.

I am with you on that. I uploaded my notarized acceptance signed etc. on 11/18 as well.
Also am still waiting for an offer on our second JSW, that had its original docs approved 3 days after the first.
I submitted my notarized offer on 11/18/2016. I just received an e-mail instructing me to visit the claims portal to schedule an appointment. I am scheduled for 12/14/2016 at 9:30 am. Need to bring keys and vehicle title. It will be interesting to see if the buy back amount agrees with the notarized offer price.

Received off and uploaded notarized letter on the 18th, and just got my notice to schedule appointment.
I had option of as early as 12/15 but I scheduled it for 12/29 to try to catch some holiday deals since I still haven't found a replacement car.

They really must be sending these emails out in giant batches. Everyone seems to be getting them in one large burst.

Glad to see some movement. I uploaded first set of notarized docs on 11/22 ... still waiting for appointment. Seems they forgot about our second TDI -- almost the exact same docs as the first which were uploaded and approved on 10/25 but no offer yet.
I uploaded notarized docs 11/18 and got my scheduling invite this morning (12/1). Buyback set for 12/16.
Footnote: I see my dealer has appointments available on Thu, Fri, and Sat of every week, excluding holidays. This seems to be up from the one day a week many were reporting earlier.

I am in the same boat. Uploaded Beetle on 11/22. Nothing yet. The JSW has been approved since 10/26 but no offer. I called credit union no one has called to get payoff. To bad they didn't do both at same time.

This is very encouraging- you're the first lessee I've seen get an appt (not in the spreadsheet at least) and I submitted mine on 11/21.
