Does anyone know if the TDI forum photo server is down ? I can't seem to upload any photos ??

When I attempt to upload a photo I keep getting this :
Unable to move file [/tmp/phpsHsEgL] -> [/home/fred/photopost/data/uploads//7130/rocker.JPG]
