  • What do you mean a "got a regen deficiency code"..what was the code??.look at my previous thread ( pretty much the same thing) just next to yours here..there is some info on this..also in the 2011 jetta thread.. check this out.. a LONG list of customer complaints since "fix".most is UK issues but same thing here in alot of ways... some cars did o/k.. but alot did not.. https://www.driving.co.uk/news/diese...issues-vw-fix/

So far no issues with the dealer replacing it no questions asked. Makes me wonder though if my initial visit was a bad sensor that they didnít want to fix, and it eventually led to this...

The p0401 code came on intermittently for me for quite a while too before it became permanent. I hope you received for a refund for your initial diagnostic payment.
