VCDS in Wyoming?

I live in a small, dying oil town about 3 hours from ANYTHING. Having some issues with my Jetta and hoping someone relatively close would be willing to help diagnose. I'm not getting a CEL so I'm not sure if anything will even pop up as far as errors.

If anyone could help me out, I would be willing to make a trip. Just let me know if you have time during the holiday weekend.
