Here are some highlights:
2001 VW Golf ALH 281,000 miles
2 Door 5 Speed Crank up windows
AC is COLD
Heat needs doors taped up, thermostat is recent I think 1/18
Timing belt replaced at 240K after being replaced at 200K and 120K
New in 2013 VNT 17 Turbo and Bosio DLC764 Nozzles from Kerma
Reflect Stage 2 tune, big improvement over the previous tune.
Koni FSD Shocks with H&R springs installed in 2013
New clutch with single mass FW in 2015
Front control arm bushings and ball joints 2015
Head rebuilt, new valves where needed, new head gaskets, etc. 5/17
Front Brakes 8/18
New Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires 8/2018 225/50/16 (amazing tires, really good)
Wheels are super light, OZ ultraleggera 16" wheels
Headliner pinned up around edge near driver window
interior front door panel cloth sagging and tucked back in
radio works, HD radio with CD player and Aux jack
Engine oil and trans fluid changed early and often
Engine oil using Liquimoly Euro Diesel stuff
Also has EGR delete, Pancake pipe replaced with high flow tubing,
Glow plug harness for water jacket plugs needs to be replaced.
Shine Racing rear swaybar, bolted into the beam, works a treat.
Front seats changed out for less used GTI seats in 2014
GTI Leather Steering wheel swapped in, 2018
also has Frost heater installed and working.
