I have a set of black leather seats on my 2013 Passat SEL for swap. Great shape, great for both winter & summer. You just need to pay a reasonable price you feel comfortable.

Also the 18-inch wheels( a set of four) are up for swap, too.

If anyone is about to turn in their TDI and doesn't mind letting go of their spare, I'll take it off your hands. I don't want to turn mine back in with the wheels that are on it.
Cheers

On that, if anyone is turning in and willing to swap some parts, I think it would be cool to post it. I'd love to swap out for someone's fog lights, or an RNS510, or maybe rims, etc. I'm sure others would like it too.

In process of acquiring an 05 Golf GL TDI, about 2 weeks out from having it...I'm way south (Texas City area), but work just inside BW8. This should save me some $$$ on the commute, plus I get dispatched to power plants around Texas, some are 9 hours away (wind farms out in west TX, or SE CO). Can't wait to get it!

I think it would be interesting to see how many TDIs we have here in Houston and which part of Houston they are located in.

As my sig says, I am from Humble and drive a '06 Jetta TDI.

I know that there is a Houston TDI yahoo group, but I prefer this board to the yahoo group, because it has a wider audience and is easier to follow.
Live in Pasadena, have a 200 TDI with 195,000.

Hello all!

I've had a 2003 Jetta Wagon TDI, in the past. Sadly, I killed her. We were swallowed up by snow in OK, and found a couple road signs. The end....

Today was a big day for me. Bought another 2002 Jetta Wagon TDI, two years ago. Today was the first time to turn her over, and get her running on her own. Didn't run long, still have the full front clip off. Next, is reassembling the front clip. Power steering lines, turbo, intercooler, rad support, ect...
Still a long ways to go, but the big hurdle is behind me.

Anyways, the car is at a shop in Spring. I live in Houston, off 290. And I figured I got this far with the car. Now it's time to follow up, with the online club.

Thanks for reading!

Would that shop in Spring be Das European Autohaus?

I wouldn't trust anyone other, than Christian. He has proven himself, and skill, to me with my old Jetta. And continues to do so still. I'm a customer of his for life, which sucks for him

กกกกกP.S.A.!!!!!
Hey guys, i've gone through some of the postings of the past. And it seems nobody has mentioned, that Das European has moved, in June/July 2016.
Thought I would bring others up to date.
The shop is in full swing. It's a newer, LARGER, and with easier access.
THE OLD SHOP was off Kuykendahl, just south of Kroger, and across from CVS(I don't remember what it used to be, before CVS[i was still new to Houston]). If you went there, you had to fight for parking. Or block one of the neighboring shops, just to step out of you car. Let alone, get someone to look under the hood. Used to have 4 car lifts, and a thousand cars parked in the back lot. It was ballet to watch them get a car out, that had been sitting for a while buried in the lot.
TODAY: 4519 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, TX 77388
Just east of the new DPS, on Spring Cypress, and west of Spring Guns & Ammo.
They are not sharing a parking lot with other shops, it's all them. TONS of parking, inside the gates, and outside the gates. 9 lifts, plus an alignment lift/rack/machine. A REAL SIZED RESTROOM(not a broom closet), and a great crew. I recommend going for a tour.
Again, just trying to put it out there for everyone.

I have a listing in the classified selling NIB rear brake rotors and pads for Mk6 JSW (272mm rotors).

I would rather not deal with hassle of shipping the heavy parts so preference is to sell local.
