Default EGR valve replacement part questions

Im currently looking to purchase a replacement egr valve for my 1.9 tdi bew. The valve on my car is the usual looking one with the puck looking thing on top that has a vacuum connection, the problem is on all the sites im looking on the egr valve they sell for a BEW engine looks completely diferent then the one thats on my car, heres an example: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-pierburg...8131501bh~pie/
Whats up with that? My car is an AXR engine.

The valve on mine looks like the one they sell for ALH engines but mine is a BEW.

Found it, its part NO. 038 131 501 AN. Whats odd is that on my engine the EGR valve and the ASV are separate, meaning you can purchase them separately and they simply bolt on together, only site I can find selling the valve is Darkside Developments in England, I guess my engine is euro spec? Now I can't tell which of the two is making the whistling sound damn.

Well the ASV simply slams closed when you turn off the motor. So if it operates easily, not hanging up, it's gotta be the EGR.
