Hi, I could have sworn I came accross a thread with a step by step set of instructions for a SS braidd oil line for the turbo, but I can't seem to fint it anymore? I found one thread with a reference to what to buy:
M10x1 to 1/4" MJIC adpater
M12x1.5 to 1/4" MJIC adapter
90* 1/4" FJIC to MJIC elbow
45* 1/4" FJIC to MJIC elbow
30" long 1/4" braided stainless hose with straight 1/4" FJIC ends

1/4" JIC is also known as -4AN in the industry. Depends on who you talk to and what line of work they mainly cater to.
But I thought I had found a more complete diy, with pictures, previously...

Just use a M10x1 to 1/4" adapter or whats in the turbo, and then a long enough adapter like this style: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HYDRAULIC...-NPT-FIXED-FEMALE-REDUCING-BUSH-/161043384871

Then just use a good standard hydraulic hose, with a 1/4" 90deg. on one side. and whats needed on the other side.
Cheap, works very well and every hydraulic shop have what you need.
Any good hydraulic hose can take the heat from the engineoil.

I cant understand why use those in my opinion bad PTFE lines, AN hoses etc. etc. when it can be done much more easy and for half price. + much more discreet.

Dont forget copper washers or rubber/steels where needed.

EDIT. How is your intake working Dieseleux?

I have always big question about flow distribution between cyl 1 and 4.
I swap my engine yesterday, my old one have some oïl consumption trouble.
Next is install water pump and water piping.

For the tread... my AN4 work great, now i have 50,000km with this installation.

Ah, ok. But IATs are good? what powerlevel are you at/how much power does the engine give?

on topic, Yes I understand your installation works good, but I just wanted to say its not very nessessary to use AN fittings and heatproof steinless hoses etc. in this case.
Standard steel hydraulic fittings and adapters is also much stronger against engine vibrations.

Alright, I've found the a 1/4" Stainless steel braided fuel hose with 4AN fittings and the Male 10x1 to 1/4 male fitting, what kind of fitting do I need to the engine side?

The post mentions "M12x1.5 to 1/4" MJIC adapter" but I'm not sure if it's male required on the engine side or female?
