Got in a fender bender on Sunday (Uber driver hit my right front quarter panel), wife took my '09 JSW to work today. She stopped by the body shop for an estimate and then went to work. After she left the body shop, the "left rear bulb defective" warning came up on the dash. She parked in the parking garage at work and shut the car off. She walked around the back of the car and the left rear turn signal bulb (amber colored one) is on solid even with the car off.

I can't leave work to go deal with the car, and she can't figure out what fuse to pull. Can anyone tell me what fuse protects the turn signals on a 2009 Jetta Sportwagen?

P.S. - Good news is my jump box is in the back seat, and I keep jumper cables in the storage cubby under the cargo area so if the battery does die we can get it started.

see if she left the turn signal lever turned on.

I think there may be a parking mode that leaves the light on.

Never mind, I checked mine and it did not seem to matter.

must have read about this option, perhaps on older TDIs.
