winter rim hub caps for rims from tire rack

I bought a set of four 16 inch blizzaks from a member on the forums here. I am thinking of either hubcaps or just putting the OEM nut caps on the lug nuts.

Two questions. What hubcaps would work for my situation and two, would those lug nut covers stay on just being there by themselves?

Tire rack claims that OEM hubcaps won't fit their wheels. With that in mind, I sure dont' want to blow the dough on the 2006 (the year of passat caps I have been pondering if OEM.) hubcaps.

So if any of you can tell me your experience, I would be willing to hear your suggestions. I have time as I won't put these wheels on until December 10th or so.

Wal-mart hubcaps will fit!

I have a like new set of Green Diamond Snow tires on 15" Passat Steel rims with VW hubcaps that I may want to sell.

I will most likely list them in the parts for sale section here on the forum.

These were set up for our 2005 Passat TDI, but we never used them.
