VAGCOM anyone?

getting bad,milage, and limp mode from my car ( 02' jetta TDI,5spd,135K ok it) posted on the vwvortex forums, they suggested to post here, and see if i can find anyone with it, i'm in milford,CT any help would be greatly appreciated

A quick and dirty check on these cars is to unplug the mass airflow sensor. If it runs better, it's bad. This will cause a check engine light.

Also, under the TDI 101 forum there's a sticky for trusted mechanics by state.
