I'd potentially trade for anything interesting with a stick that gets better or at low 20s mpg highway. Hatches/wagons highly preferred. Only trades or trades + cash please.

I’m the second owner after it was swapped to a PD BEW engine at Left Lane in New Jersey. A lot of TDIs are cloth/no heat/base models, so they made a fully optioned one. This is the original ad they had, with pictures:

Specifications:
Manual Transmission
Oceanic Green Pearl
Tan Heated Leather Interior
Glass Sunroof
Hella Smoked E-Code headlights
Garrett VNT17 Turbo
KermaTDI skid plate
Raceland suspension on front, H&R/Bilstein on back (summer suspension, previous owner put this together)
OEM shocks with Moog lift springs and Evolution 1” lift kit (winter suspension, not on car, brand new mostly).
1 set VW Avus wheels (on front in pictures) with brand new General Altimax Arctic snow tires
1 set BBS RX II wheels (on back in pictures) with some all seasons i forget on them

TB was done at 149k miles, along with new camshaft, water pump, clutch, flywheel, main seal, oil pump, intake manifold, control arm bushings. Car has 188k, so you have 69k left on the timing belt and a lot more on the other items.

The turbo gave up somewhere around 186k miles, so I had a TDI specialist (MiksTDI in Kenosha) install a new VNT17 from KermaTDI. This is an upgrade that would allow you to run higher boost with other modification, and is more durable. While it was in the shop, I had a Kerma skid plate added, Frostheater added for a warm car in these winters, and the intake manifold cleaned of gunk.

Issues with the car: Winsdshield cracked. Someone backed into my door when it was parked and left a dent and scratches. It doesn’t affect the function of the door so I haven’t fixed it - in general, the paint on the car isn’t great, there’s evidence someone put scratchy things on the roof. Brakes should be done soon. Interior is worn and there’s a 2” rip in the rear seat. Misc minor interior things are missing/broken/dirty, things like vent flaps/buttons. You can see most of this in the pictures.
