Take the engine cover off = there are 3 10mm nuts, each hidden by a plastic cap which can be popped off with a small flat screwdriver. As for the filter, go to the parts store and look for a 74/76 mm fourteen flute oil filter socket. The filter housing is actually 76 mm so if you find a 76 instead of a 74/76, get it - but, it still has to have 14 flutes. The flute part refers to the scallops...

Now, about the oil - use 505.01 rated oil nothing else or you will void your warranty - see the warnings in your manual... You can buy 5 liters of 505.01 oil plus a filter for $40 plus shipping from www.worldimpex.com

Once you get the filter housing off and remove the cartridge, just pull a vacuum on the pela and suck the oil out of the holes on the bottom. Make sure you replace the gaskets on the housing. Finally, search the forums here for a more detailed descriptions - this video, although on an A4 should help http://pics2.tdiclub.com/video/cincitdi/oilextraction.html
