Actually, I mis-remembered slightly. The wires I got from ECS were 000098656A/AERIALWIRE. I got one for each extra antenna I was using (AM/FM, SiriusXM and GPS) but after looking at the photo, I realized that I needed one adapter. Kufatec sells a FAKRA-to-GT5 adapter, part number 41336. You also may need some female-male adapters. The GT5/GPS connector was used on other VW head units, so it's a standard part. The GT5 connector is also what is on the back of my Alpine head unit:
