2003 Volkswagen Jetta TDI

I'm selling my TDI for $1400. This is a great reliable car but right now she needs some love. This car needs a new transmission, timing belt, and a torque converter. She has 255k miles. Automatic 1.9L turbo diesel engine. If I had the money, I would keep this car but unfortunately, I do not have the money to fix these parts. A lot has been replaced. What are the interior/exterior colors? Mileage?
Did the timing belt fail while the trans was failing, or did the trans fail and it's just time to replace the timing belt? or the trans is failing and the timing belt is due to be replaced, but it runs?
