VP37 Pump 10mm

Hey all

I hope there might be some to help me about a little question...

I have a old Audi 1,9 Tdi with VP37 pump (original 10mm distributer head)

can this be done to change to 11mm head ... I know this can be done..but
what about smoke ? I need to adjust IQ higher ... and will I really gain some power or will it be the same as with 10mm ?
If there is a guide to make this I would love to have this...

Thanks for answer..... Well I think I just make a ECU tuning... and leave the 10mm pump... but is there anywhere to get a knwe distributerhead in 10mm ? Don`t want China made.....
