Default ARP Headstud kit for the A3?

Do they make one, who sells it and what is the part number?

Anyone have success or problem stories to go along with this upgrade or recomendations of parts I should upgrade in parallel with the studs?

Thanks,

B

The ARP thread has a link to what to buy. The same kit works for 1Z/AHU/ALH engines.

Default That thread is where I started.

So do I get the ARP-204-5402 kit? I don't see anything sorted by 1Z/AHU/ALH or listed to specificly fit these engine types? Here is the VW selection at Summit Racing.

I use ARP bolt on my TDI98 (AHU).
No problem, run at 22psi with K03 hybride turbo (K03/K04).
ARP part number: 251-4701 (ford:Cosworth/sierra/escort)

I think it is the same p/n for all VW A1 to A5. I am getting the Ford Cosworth set for my A2.

Default Head Gasket Replacment Required?

Can I just swap out the bolts or do I need to replace the head gasket when doing this?
