Default "shock related loss of power"

Hello All:
199.5 TDI Golf, auto ,99889 miles
As the title suggests I am having a loss of power after hitting pot holes or wash boards in the road. (roads in northwest Illinois are very bad).
At times the problem will correct it self, but other times a key cycle is necessary.
There is also a street that I travel which has a long uphill grade after a stop. I give it throttle, the acceleration starts but then fails, backing off on the accelerator at times restores the power back to normal.(this street is also rather rough)
I have replaced all the vacuum lines. Could the N75 be shock sensitive??

Also were can one buy this valve on line??
