MK7 radio HELP

so my Golf radio recently became possessed. when I start the car after seating for awhile it'll decide to change the station and sometimes even change the preset station. this many happens over night.
so I'm guessing the screen is going out and I'd like to upgrade the radio to.get navigation any suggestions what radios people are using would be great

This^^^^^^..check voltage static and when starting..Low battery can clear radio memory and other weird things

no battery is fine. I think it thinks something is touching the screen because the stations light up and ends up changing the preset to what ever it was on later
