Pull the helper springs on coilovers or not?

I purchased some JOM Bluelines. I believe I read somewhere that they ride better without the helper springs, but I can't find where I read that...
I don't care to go as low as possible, but probably 2 to 2-1/2 inches lower than stock.
Thoughts?

Mines lowered too

I'd try them without and see what you think....something else to consider is your front sway bar, if you go low, either buy the adjustable extenders, or unhook and wire up the links or you'll rub on your axel. Let me know either way. I left them in on mine.

I decided to leave them, as I don't care to go as low as possible. I also figure the main springs were designed for the helpers to be left in.
