Hello,

Sorry for other thread with improper subject. Anyway He just bought it and wants to know whats the best choices of upgrades? Injectors, turbo, tune and anything else needed to support the upgrades? Im not too familiar with ALH etc. he wants more power and better MPG out of it if possible?

The wagon is fully stock. 5 speed.

Timing belt was done at 100k, ok adding the panzer plate on the list. What about Performance mods please?

Timing Belt service, EGR delete, Clutch(depends which turbo and tune), Tune (stock Turbo do a stage 3 tune with some sprint 520's) Depends how much you want to spend, you can go far down the rabbit hole. Id say get the maintenance up to speed and then go upgrades all at once. No sense in going stage 1.5 to 2 to 3.

You have options for sure. First drive it a couple months to be sure it's all working nice, I would expect to find some issues on a newly purchased 15 year old car.
Upgrades generally involve tune, clutch, injectors, turbo, injection pump, order depending on where you're trying to get to (hp). Just a chip tune may make you happy, even there there are options, high end being a device that allows you to load different tunes easily.
