The Buzzken is 2.25 in Id and completely mandrel bent
The stock is 2 in ID and has some non round bends (not as bad as the pancake IC pipe, but in the same fashion)
Stock TBE (without hangers) weighs in at 44 ell bees
Buzzken comes in at 25 ell bees (I did however forget to include the 2 supplied clamps, and also without the hangers) call it 26lbs. The flex pipe is quite a bit larger and better looking than the stock one. I also opted for the resonator after the downpipe (a rather nicer looking and sized piece than I was expecting!) As you can see, I also opted out of the cat and the muffler.
The factory muffler is heavy! and is most of the weight savings here.
