Hey Lugnut, cool pics man. I would be pumped to see a pre-release model like that. We are now just outside of Seattle¸(not sure where) at a Quality Inn. Had a weird day. We have wanted another dog for awhile, and my wife had to go to the can an hour after we crossed the border so I randomly turned off and we saw a sign for a dog shelter and off-leash area. I just wanted to run Neo and hoped there might be other dogs there to keep him busy. Well, next thing I know we are being introduced to a one year old pointer they are trying to get rid of. This dog was crazy full of energy, our dog is super low key and very passive so we took them for a walk. Anyways, we said we wanted to sleep on it, went to the `friendliest casino`in Washington and ate food in the lounge. It was a Miller lite promotion night so we drank $2 beers and ended up winning a large cooler with wheels. Now here we sit wondering if we should take this damn dog home with us and if we do where he might fit. Crazy. This trip just keeps getting more nutz and I haven't even attended the forum yet! We will be checking in to Airport Sheraton tomorrow, maybe with two dogs not one.

I wish I had been able to drive across the country to this Fest.... It looks like a lot of you have had a great time even before the Fest begins~!! I'm jealous.

Lug_Nut, that's awesome that you ran across that Fiat 500. I think that car will sell nicely here. If it had a diesel, in the stretched version, with the sunroof, I'd have to say that it would fit my needs in the city....

Did you get more pictures?

That Fiat 500 does come with a diesel engine for the Euro market.

Lug Nut, hats off to you to make that drive! Did it take 2 or 3 tanks?

Yes, I know. But we won't be getting the diesel here, at least for a while.

It's 'deja vu' all over again!
Thirteen years later and the Saab Owners Convention for 2024 (41st annual) will be held in Portland OR.
Yes, I'm making plans to drive the two-stroke Sonett there.

I feel that I've been lied to: I was informed we got wiser as we got older. .... I guess not all of us do...
