Default FS:2001 Jetta Wagon 5 speed TDI, $3500 OBO

Hello all,
The time has come to sell my beloved Jetta. 3 children necessitated a full size truck (2013 Avalanche) and I simply do not have the opportunities to drive her daily like I used to.

Details are as follows and will be updated as I make a more comprehensive list. More pictures will also come soon. Nearly all the major work done on the car was performed by Steve Glover, my local guru.

Has a fresh oil change (rotella T6 oil, mann oil filter) and new Nicktane fuel filter w/ pre-filter. Bypass filter has less than 10k miles on it. Every fill up has had power service diesel kleen added it to.

Car has consistently returned 45 mpg and easily crested over 50 on the highway. I've had multiple 800+ mile tanks.

Looking to get $3500 for my little diesel hot rod. Located in Hurst, TX. 76053

Engine/trans details:
230XXX miles
100K timing belt installed 40k miles ago
S7 turbo
1019 DLC nozzles (calibrated)
11mm fuel pump
Colt stage 2 cam
ARP head studs
3 bar MAP
Kerma tune
Dieselgeek sigma 5 speed shifter
Amsoil bypass filter
Nicktane 1 micron fuel filter
Upgraded intake, turbo and intercooler piping
Whitbred downpipe
2.5" straight pipe (no cats, mufflers) w/ side exit - it sounds REALLY good!!
Race pipe
Iabed Engineering billet oil cap, CCV breather
Fluidamper harmonic balancer
South bend stage 2 daily clutch
FMIC
DLI Technik motor mounts
silicone vacuum hoses underhood
Panzer skid plate
Frostheater w/ thru-bumper plug port
Big-3 wire upgrade (ground, alternator, fuse block)

Suspension/brakes/etc. details:
Koni orange shocks
Ate brake rotors
Hawk brake pads
Tires have about 40-50% tread left
Solid subframe bushings

Interior details:
BFI heavy shift knob
Triple new south gauges installed - boost, egt, oil pressure
Sony media player head unit
Leather seat conversion
Pedal covers
Added center console armrest
HVAC "flapper arm" taped up
W8 overhead lights
Homelink visor
Stainless door sills
Monster mats (they're used and worn some, but still solid)
Euro light switch

Exterior details:
Exor 17" wheels
HID fogs (upper and lower)
LED marker lights (lower and side)
Euro tails w/ LED bulbs
Aux led brake lights under rear window (hidden from view until on)
Trailer hitch & wiring
Ventectomy
Chrome front grille
Billet hood pull
Glass headlight lenses
Turn signal mirrors w/ blind spot mirrors
Stainless bumper protector
Vent window shades
Shorty antenna

Some of the bad: the paint is far from perfect. There are small chips, some heat damage from the PO and the front left fender is not a perfect color match. The headliner needs replacing/re-gluing. The speakers are showing their age and can pop at high levels. The windshield recently got hit and cracked. It's a single crack and passed TX inspection, but it's there.

I wish I were in the market...that's a solid price for an amazing car...I've got a similar setup on my sedan and it does what I want it to do.

The S7 and 1019 nozzles is a good setup that makes good power and still clicks off 50mpg or so.

It's all the 99.5 diesel parts in an '01 gasser body.

Does the title say diesel? Otherwise it may be an issue with emissions.

emissions don't exist in TX for diesels of this vintage. Title says it's a rebuild, but can carry full coverage insurance.
