TDI Fuel Setup 11mm pump DE143 + Bosio DLC1019

Hello,
My setup is ALH + Bosio DLC1019 at 220bars, 11mm pump + DE143.
I think I do have some extra fuel at neutral and I'm not sure if my software is set up correctly.
What should be my pump timing, pump voltage and BTDC when I'm at neutral with 90C temperature on water?
Right now I have pump timing set at 60, specified BTDC is 0.8-0.9, but actual is near 3 and time cycle is 2.8%, I think I should retard my pump timing to near 50 to fix this?
My pump voltage goes near 1.4V and RPMs are 903 stable, no vibrations - nothing.
Thanks for your help!

Pump timing set at 60-62 is just about perfect as for voltage there really is not "what should it be?" as for BTDC leave this on the stock setting in vcds.

Are you tuned? I have seen people have issues with smoke at idle because some tuner like to have the timing too high in the SOI maps at the 0-6mg range/

also what is the idle IQ at?
