RELIABLE tdi speed shop wanted. WA state

id be willing to drive as far as everett or maybe even bellingham if needed, but id really like to find something in the portland oregon/vancouver washington area. The car is a completely stock 98 jetta tdi with 230k on it. i found a shop that can do the basic maint stuff on it like the timing belt and water pump and belts and stuff, but i would really like to get around 150 whp out of the car, im fully for another bigger turbo and intercooler and all that (im also faniliar with working on cars, so i know how to follow instructions) but if i could find a shop that specializes in vws and mainly tdi's then id rather just take it to them. anyone know of a shop in my area ?
