Wife's horn is dead. No click when pressed, no chirp from alarm system either. Horn fuse seems fine, and all steering wheel controls are working perfectly (so hopefully that indicates clock spring is fine). Want to swap out the relay, but need to know where to find it. Help please. Pretty sure it's under drivers side dash in footwell. I've removed a few Torx screws, but not having luck pulling cover off...Is there a trick? Am I missing a step?
