Is it turbo problem ?

I drove above 120km/h when I felt power lack, I couldn't speed up more.

It was okay for couple days, today again after city driving speed once I am on motorway after couple miles my car didn't won't go more than 75mph...
also then I checked with VCDS and I received different fault, any ideas guys? thanks

I suspect you've got a sticky vnt mech in the turbo causing the first issue, the second one could either be the brake switch or even the brake light bulbs.

Is there any way how to check if that is 100% 'sticky vnt mech' ?
if it is, is it fixable without garage help ?

I have an extra light on rear side(diode light) bottom side of rear window I connected diode light wires with boot light also on same time I had problems with bulb holder as my one light didn't work so I took all of them off and tried to find the problem, I fix the problem using the screwdriver (to take off the rusty part) as one side of connector was a bit rusty.

After that I found problem related to brake fault error. I want to get rid off that fault otherwise on my dashboard there is yellow spiral symbol, once I get cleaned my errors that spiral disappears but it's back in 5 min.. what could be a problem ?
