Transmission Code PFN

Can anyone confirm that the transmission code PFN is a 02Q transmission? I'm looking into potentially upgrading the clutch in the future as my clutch slips at time with the Kerma stage 1+ tune and want to confirm whether clutch upgrades for the 02Q transmission will work on my car. I've heard different vendors tell me different things so wanted to see what people know and have done.

You are correct, the PFN is a 6sp 02Q manual gearbox.

Does that mean the clutch upgrades for the 02q transmission will work for mine? Is there anything I need to be aware of.

VAg probably uses some version of the 02Q transmission in lots of applications with lots of engines, gas and diesel. So I would not assume "any" clutch that works with "any" 02Q would necessarily work with YOUR car's engine.

You're aware of the broken synchro issue when using a SMF in the 02Q, right? DMF is the way to go.

Yea I wanted to stick with the DMF. Was thinking something like the link below that let's me keep the OEM DMF, but FCP says it doesn't fit, while Darkside says it does for my car.
